Learning from our horses

Barnfield Riding School is a friendly stables near Kingston, Surrey.

We teach riders of all ages and abilities to share our love of horses and learn from them.
We offer lessons in our two flood-lit arenas, out on the road and on our horse simulator, and we offer hacking in beautiful Richmond Park.

Lessons

We teach riders of all abilities and experience levels in private, semi-private or group lessons.

Hacking

We ride through all seasons, whatever the weather.

Courses

We're a BHS training and exam centre. Sign up for your Stage 1, 2, 3 and Ride Safe courses and exams.

Options for kids

All our kids’ activities are suitable for children aged 5-16 years.
We also have a ‘tiny tot slot’ for children to try riding on a lead rein.
Hats and boots are available for hire if needed.

BHS Stage 1 - Ride Safe

We are taking names for our BHS Stage 1 Ride Safe training course and exam starting soon.

Exam will be held at Barnfield Riding School.
